Payment
After receipt of our confirmation we require one half of the total rent on the
Cabin including any taxes. The rest of the rent and the security deposit is due
6 weeks before your arrival date at the latest. We will hold your
confirmation for 14 days or until the initial payment is
received. Should payment not be received within 14 days we will vacate
the reservation and open this period for rental again.
Cancellations
In the case of cancellation 91 days or more before your arrival, we will refund
your entire payment minus an administrative fee of $200.00 (two hundred
dollars). In the case of cancellation within 90 days of your arrival, we
can only refund your payment if we have received another booking for the same
period as your reservation, or if you rebook your reservation
should a similar timeslot be available in the same
season. For any cancellation or rebooking a minimum fee of $200.00
will be levied.
Damage Security Deposit
A Damage Security Deposit of $250.00 will also be added to the cost of the
rental. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days following your departure
as long as the rental property is left in good condition.
Taxes
The State of Montana accomodation tax (currently set at 7%) will be added to the
total amount of each rental excluding the security deposit.
No Smoking and no Pets
We regret that no smoking is allowed on our properties and we cannot accomodate
any pets.
